First, the guys at TOV are great. The chair looks great at first inspection. From start to finish it was delivered on time from TOV. However, when you try to assemble the legs using the bolts and washer provided only 1 of the 2 holes in the legs match up with the bench markings underneath / inside. In my situatation both back legs are off / awkward. I even tried to rotate them. If your like me not a carpenter you may need one. Finally, in fairness perhaps I'm "one in 100" that has the same problem twice.
Really gorgeous and surprisingly comfortable! I'd def recommend it if you are looking for a sleek piece to add to a sitting room or entrance way.
