The loft bed has been great! We've had it for about 2 months now. It was a very heavy package, it took my husband and the delivery guy to get it in the house. The box was damaged but the way it was wrapped and packaged inside there was no damage to it. My husband and I assembled it but if you're handy you could do it with one person. Once the bed was all together it was very sturdy and our son loves it! It was worth the money. He'll be able to have this for years to come. I highly recommend this loft bed!

My son absolutely loves this new bed. I'm glad he does, however I did have some major issues with the delivery of it. When I received the package, the package was severely damaged and there ended up being a major part of the product damaged as well. Since the bed was a gift for my son's 7th birthday, I received the package and put it together. He's been using it and there is no safety concern of the bed, however I've been working with the company I ordered the bed from in order to process a replacement part. They have promised to replace it although they have not given a date for when the part is to be replaced.

Future purchasers, be wary of receiving damaged packages from them to see if there is any continued trend of similar issues.
