I received this chair yesterday. I was concerned since the box it arrived in was completely trashed! Open on all sides and beat up. However when I opened it, the chair and the parts were in perfect condition.I promptly put the chair together ( about 30 minutes of simple assembly) and it looks GORGEOUS! The color is exactly as presented online and it works extremely well with my new sofa and coffee table. I was going for an updated mid-century modern look and this is what this chair's style is. I am planning to get another exactly like it so I'll have a pair.
Unfortunately it's made in China which is why I'm giving it only 4 stars. You can tell by the somewhat shoddy craftsmanship under the chair (where it's not seen, of course). If it had been made in America by our excellent craftspeople, that part would have been better made but...it's a stylish chair at an excellent price!
