Coaster Ribbed 29" Upholstered Bar Stool with Adjustable Height (Set of 2)

These stools seemed like a great deal and I didn't expect outstanding quality that would last multiple years of frequent use. I purchased them to be rarely used but comfortable bar stools. After having them for two months and having them sat in maybe 10 times, one of the stools broke something broke inside the stool preventing it from maintaining its height with any weight on it. This made that stool completely useless to me because it was no longer at the correct height for my counter. There was nothing obvious that had broken and I could not identify what part had broken. I contacted the seller, explaining the problem and at first they seemed interested to assist: in one email they requested a more detailed explanation of how the stool was broken; in another they requested a photo; in the last email they sent (despite me sending multiple since) they insisted I identify exactly what piece needed to be replaced by the manufacturer?!?! So, if my situation is generalizable, there is a 50% chance your stool will be useless for no identifiable reason, and a 100% chance this vendor provides poor service.

Great Stools. A little shorter than i expected but work great. Also since it was a small price i was scared they would only send 1 chair, but sure enough it was a pair like listed. Love these stools.

Great deal. Stylish. Well made. Note that in the second picture it looks like you might get one of each kind of bar stool. You get two of the same kind. The L-shaped ones. The are very comfy however I'd like them a little wider but I can't complain too much for the price. Easy to assemble. There is a little ring at the bottom that slides around the shaft and the base that is plastic but the rest of it is solid metal. The seat cover is nicer than I thought it would be. I expected cheapo plastic but it pretty nice. Not quite fine leather but definitely not pleather. I would definitely recommend these bar stools if you like the style.

I have 4 of these stools and so far I love them. I've had them for about 4 months now and have very few complaints about the way they work. We have a bar height counter, so these stools are operating at their highest setting. I weigh 120lbs and my hubby weighs 240lbs and we both sit in them daily. My only complaint is that on a few of them, the corners of the seats that touch the wall under the bar are starting to show wear. I am now careful about letting them rub the wall. Also, I have little ones that spill food and rub their hands on the chrome bases so they nearly always look filthy and need cleaned (which I did not anticipate and is a little annoying). My guess is that pets would cause the same headache even if you live in a house without kids and husbands. The color says white but it's not a stark, sterile white. I would call it a very very light ivory, just like the picture. However, it does not by any means clash with stark white. The seats are comfortable to sit in too, and clean easily with regular household cleaners and even baby wipes. I will update if things change, but so far I think they look great and were a great price too!
