Entertainment Console Plasma TV Stand in Cappuccino Finish

After building the console my last step was to attach the front door and the top panel that hides the cords, but I realized the shipment did not contain the latch hardware. I called the company and I told them it required four latches that were missing and they said no problem we will send them out to you. I waited 3 weeks and the latches finally showed up but they only sent two of them. I decided to attach the latches and call again for the other two latches, but as I tried to attached them, I realized they sent the wrong latches. When I called the company to tell them they sent the wrong latches and only two of them, they did not believe me. They told me it specifically states the console comes with two latches and did not understand that the unit has a top cabinet that requires latches too. They asked me to send a picture of the where the latches go, so I did and I scanned in the instruction manual and hightlighted where it requires 4 latches and took a picure of the latches they sent so they could see they look completely different than the instruction manual. They apologized again and said they would send out four correct latches, needless to say 4 months later I am still waiting for latches and now they won't return my calls or answer my emails. In conclusion if you like receiving furniture with parts missing then order from this company. Thanks for reading my fustrating story.

This is a great-looking console, and was relatively easy to assemble. I would, however, recommend having at least two people there to flip it over halfway through assembly because trying to do this yourself might cause the bottom panel to break.

Other than that, it looks great in my living room and I love having the power cable drawer to charge my electronics in, and the back cover is great for hiding cables.

we buy this about 6 months ago, it looks nice in our apartment; not too hard to assembly but need too much patience; material is ok. I like the compartment in the back for hide cables.

The entertainment center was very beautiful. It isn't made of real wood like I was hoping, it is made of particle board but still looks very nice in the house. It is a lot to put together so you will need some help, my roommate and I managed to put it together in about 2 hours. It is also very heavy. Love that it has drawers and an extra electrical outlet built in so you can hook your tv up directly to it!! Very simple design but it looks beautiful when combined with the right furniture to accent it!

Had this item little over a year. Looks great. Took me about one and half hours to put together. Love the hidden power strip and the flap on top to hide all your wires. Very clean looking, very sturdy, the color is beautiful. Has a draw for your remotes which is pretty cool.
