Summer Breeze Mirror

I ordered this mirror in April and it arrived damaged. Had the mirror arrrived not damaged it would have been satisfactory at best. I called the company and they told me to return the item and I would be refunded. Over four months later and numerous calls, I still have not received a refund and am being given the run-around by customer service. I placed multiple calls during this experience and was told twice that they would return my call after they checked with UPS, or checked with the warehouse and they never did call back. In June I called again and they verified that it was returned, was damaged during shipping, and that my refund was on its way to accounting.

I called today to check the status and was told they needed to verify with the warehouse that they received the mirror back from me.

Somehow I am further back in the proces than I was in June! Either I am being ripped off or the company is so incompetant I will never purchase from them again.

Only buy from OJ Commerce if you like being lied to and getting the run-around.

Mirror arrived promptly! Picture is accurate. It was very easy to mount! It matches the furniture from pottery barn very well.
