Milwaukee Headboard

Milwaukee Duo Panels - KingThe quality of the headboard is great for $99. The color is powder-finish black and it looks nice. It came well-packaged with easy-to-follow instructions. It maybe took 10 minutes to affix the headboard to the bedframe; not long at all.

The only "issue" I have with the headboard is that it is short (the "legs" aren't long so the pretty design sits low on the bed). I believe that the bed in the stock photo used by Amazon only has a mattress, no boxspring. So, if you were to really put a bed together like I did with boxspring, more of the headboard is hidden, especially when you put king pillows with shams on the bed with two queen pillows (I ordered a queen-size headboard). So, that's the only disappointing thing: the low height. So, if you're looking for a real tall "statment" headboard, this is not for you.

I am so happy with the Milwaukee Headboard I ordered from Amazon.com. It makes a wonderful statement in our guest room. I have had so many compliments on it. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. Even though my husband is not a "Mr. Fix It", he had it assembled in no time.

I just purchased this bed and it came a lot quicker than stated which was awesome. I know that a previous review stated that it seemed kind of low but I have a double pillow top and the head board is still pretty high up. This bed is beautiful and it comes at a great price, you cannot go wrong.

I searched all over for a nice metal headboard and this one was the same quality and style as the ones I found in local stores and online, except the price was almost half! The quality is fine, I have no problems with it and would recommend it.

My headboard just arrived, and so far I really like it. As others have said, it is a little short when used with a thicker mattress and box springs. However, I am going to put two new holes in the legs -about 3 to 4" lower than the ones done in the factory. Hopefully, this will work, and the bottom rail of the design part will hit just at the top of the mattress.

If anyone knows of a reason I shouldn't do this, please, let me know!
