Bench had a big dent on the top of the lid where a block of styrofoam had been placed to keep it from shifting. It didn't look or feel like real leather, so I contacted the seller and they admitted it was "leather-like vinyl". They offered to refund the shipping(about 33.00) if I kept the bench. I don't want to keep it. The vinyl stretches and puckers if you sit on it. It just looks cheap. Now I have to re-pack it and send it back which is more than 33.00 worth of trouble.

All information about this product referred to it as "leather" no where was it stated as bicast or faux leather. When I inquired with the seller, he sent me specifications noting that it was in fact "faux" leather. Why was I not able to find this information prior to purchashing the product?

We got this storage bench to hide our childrens toys in our main room area while blending in with the rest of our furniture.

It works great. I was concerned about the hinge lid. I like to be able to just open it and let the lid stay open while they play and there is no problem there.

The bench has a large storage area and holds all that we need to and is still comfortable to sit on.

We even use it to pull over and sit on to play games at the coffee table. It is sturdy and looks great!

No complaints here.
