This chair is a little narrower than most, which is exactly what I was looking for. We are using it at a girls vanity. I would have preferred to have been able to order just one, but it was still a good price. The color does come off the bottom of the legs and has left marks on my carpet.
The chair has to be semi-assembled, which gave me a good look at how badly the factory part of the assembly was done. Several of the bolt holes were mis-drilled so that those bolts couldn't be used. Wood interior pieces are splintery and rough. After less than a year, the upholstery is developing holes. The chairs are attractive, but they will probably last more than another year. They cost rather a lot for disposables.
