Bed was delivered on schedule and easy to assemble (included wrench needed). It looks just like the picture. To get the head board to drop down on the legs, wiggle it back and forth and it gradually works its way down. The finish is not smooth or shiny, but fits with a nature inspired "earth tone" decor.Our mattresses arrived from the local store two hours after the frame and we now have a complete, beautiful new bed in our new home. Love it! The foot board is high enough to drape the spread or comforter on at night and looks elegant by day.
