If you want a functional daily use vanity, this is not the one. The first one came with the top smashed up during shipping. The seller (not this one) stood by the product and did an excellent job shipping a replacement. The part on the legs that you screw the bolts into aren't set at the proper depth. One leg only has one bolt in it. I hope it holds. The drawer is not on a track, so when you open it, it sort of falls forward. The drawer is of course made out of particle board and has started to split in the first day of use. I would return it if I wouldn't lose so much in shipping. Not a good product at all.

I bought this vanity set for my 7 year old granddaughter. Because of the low price, I was not expecting fine quality furniture. But I was pleasantly surprised by its smooth, even finish and its overall sturdiness. It's a perfect choice as a "starter" for a young lady because of its dainty proportions, but would also comfortably seat an adult. It would be a nice touch in a guest room.

I searched online for a vanity for my wife that would give her space to do her thing but small enough as to not take up too much space. The vanity had a great price. My only complaint was the cost of the shipping. That was almost the same cost as the vanity, but overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.
