When I got it I thought it was used because it showed some damages on the sides, the only reason that i kept it is that I didn't want to go through the return hassle, I think I will throw it away as soon as I get a new one, this time I will walk to the store and choose a more comfortable one. it is much thinner than it looks in the picture.
