Coaster Furniture Company has a lifetime customer in me. This is my second piece from them and I am very satisfied with both. This item is just as described. It has a beautiful deep merlot finish, which I think is a tad darker in person than in the picture (just to give you heads up), but beautiful nonetheless. As always with this company the item arrives already assembled. The construction is excellent. Even when veneer is used it is a very solid piece, not like the paper thin veneer you get when you buy an item from big box store. The packaging was superb, not a single scratch on the item when it arrived. I also really liked the freight company (CEVA) that was used to ship this second piece. They handled the item with care and even carried it all the way to the bedroom.
