The product came in perfect condition. The wrapping used to protect the wood from possible rubbing against each other is perfect. The glass also was in perfect condition. I love the idea that a picture frame doubles as a jewelry box. The only issue I have is the spots for the earrings to go into are too large. I wear single diamond earrings and even with the earring backing, it will fall through the earring holder. Other than that, it's great and clever. I would give 5 stars if I could have gotten my earrings up so I can see which one to wear! If you have larger earrings, it will work really well.

I received the wall mount and upon opening it was damaged, the paint was all chipped off. I then ordered a new one to be sent out. I received it the next day surprisingly and the new one was also chipped. The mount was put together poorly and it showed. I do not recommend for anyone.

liked the product, but could have been a little deeper, some wide jewelry items won't fit. seems to be well made, and can't tell it's a jewelry box, just looks like a picture frame.
