First of all, shipping took forever. I ordered the product and didn't receive a confirmation from the seller for 3 days, and even then I had to contact them to ask if they even got my order. After that, it took at least another week for the product to actually arrive.

The product itself is really poor quality. The plastic cover was very dirty, a little cracked, and even has a sticker stuck right in the middle of it that won't peel off! The entire frame is very flimsy, and the back is literally cardboard.

Spend a few extra bucks to get a better quality frame.

I ordered 6 different frame sizes to make thank you gifts for my training team and was very pleased with these frames. They are light weight, easy to put together and the plastic wrap protected the plastic covering perfectly. Nothing fancy but absolutely perfect for my needs.

This frame is great. I did a lot of looking for a frame this size and never found anything that was suitable. The frame was delivered very quickly and is of good quality. My pictures look super in it.
