I love this saying and it looks amazing against our bright yellow wall.The photo does not give a realistic size as it is quite apparent from the image that it was pasted on using photoshop or such. However it was as the size I expected since the description stated the dimensions of 22.5"x8".
As far as application, I didn't find it too bad as others have, you just need to work slowly. I think the most important part is the first step which is to use something flat to make sure the bond is tight and to get out any bubbles. I used a large taping knife / scraper and went over it from the center to the edges a multitude of times. It does say you can use a credit card edge for the process, but an actual flat tool is more efficient.
The next step is to peel the backing off and place it on the wall from the center. Again; using the taping knife, I went from the center to the edges to apply it to the wall and went over it quite a few times. Lastly, when you are peeling the front surface, peel it SLOWLY in a down / angled direction instead of an outward direction. There were a few times that an edge of a letter wasn't catching the wall so I'd just bring the top layer back and go over it again with the scraper.
I think it took a total of 5 minutes from start to finish and added something unique to our play room / office.

You get what you pay for. Unusual installation method. No directions. Poor product. Not even putting this on my wall. Terribly disappointed.
