I bought this great looking desk and nighttable for my daughters room. Unfortunately, the materials are wood and particle board. Not just wood as listed in the product info. I am very disappointed as I ordered it specifically because the only material listed was wood. After one night of homework, just writing, the desk already looks dirty. The top chipped slightly along the edge right after unpacking. Desk looks cute and has lots of good storage but be warned it's not solid wood.
Bought the desk for my daughter's 11th birthday and she loves it!!! She will have it for years to come.
