I would have given this item 5 stars hands down....the quality of this table is impecable....However....every one of the chairs has a dent or scratch on it. I am assuming that the set was damaged during delivery. The Table and chairs are high quality and perfect size for my eat in kitchen..I think I am going to keep the set and not return it even though the dents and scratches aren't small...Still a wonderful table set for the price.
I have exactly the same comments as the other reviewer. I just received this set today. The table set is beautiful, with beautiful workmanship, however, the chairs were not packed very well. The boxes they were packed in were not damaged at all; it's just that the chairs don't have much in the way of padding. So the table is in perfect condition, but the chairs have gouges on the backs. The seats of the chairs are fine, only the backs have gouges. I am going to contact the seller to see if anything can be done. I don't want to return the entire set as it is very nice furniture.
