The product was packaged with extreme care and delivered very timely. I was pleased with this site because I was able to find unusual frame sizes in many, many colors.I was disappointed with the back of the frame however. It has numerous little metal slivers which have to be bent up to remove the backing & insert the picture and then be bent back down again. This is something I've found in "cheap" frames I've purchased from stores like Walmart. Those little buggers hurt your fingers and in my experience break off if manipulated too often.
I purchased this frame for a picture that is likely to stay put for a long time so I only had to grin and bear the metal "things" once-no big deal.
Overall, I am happy and would purchase from Craig's again.

Very nice frame. I wish the wire hanging hardware came with instructions (because I'm a novice). Very carefully packaged. I like that it's more of a plexiglass/plastic instead of real glass. Still looks very sharp. Great product.The frame looks exactly as it does in the picture. It looks great in my living room. The backing is cheap (cardboard held in place by the small metal things you have to bend into place), but it's not a problem if you don't plan to change the picture too often. It comes with plenty of wire, but you do have to screw in the the hooks to wrap the wire around yourself.I did notice the other review mention that the metal things that have to be bent back and forth to hold the picture in place hurt your figures. The solution to that is to use a butter knife (or similar tool) to bend them.
