The bed looks great. It comes in 3 boxes so you have to assemble it yourself which would be OK if the holes from the headboard and footboard line up. They didn't with this bed. The customer service responded quickly to rectify the situation. I had to email pictures of the flaws and was sent a new headboard and footboard (2 more big boxes). The process took a couple of weeks. In the mean time some zip ties held the bed together. The new parts fit and we can now sleep well. I blame someone in China for the flaw.
