South Shore Versa Collection Full/Queen Headboard, Golden Oak

The headboard is beautiful as shown, but comes in a few different parts, and needs to be put together; which I guess they do for packing purposes, but it would be better if you have 2 people putting it together. The packing is also extreme. It took me a while just to cut the plastic from the box and pry the cardboard away...literally. It took me 1 1/2 hours until help arrived who could help me screw the screws in all the way. They also don't include screws to connect the headboard to your bed frame which is fine, but it's good for others to know. All and all for the price, the headboard once put together is beautiful and I'm very happy with it now that it's put together.

This is a flimsy piece of junk! It wobbles back and forth and does not sit firmly against the wall. It is actually a queen size headboard which comes with a piece of wood that is not even painted black that you have to attach to the foot of the board to make it full size so as to attach the frame. Purchasing this was a mistake!

Headboard looks very nice, you need to assemble everything but as long as you can follow a direction, it is not that hard to put together. You will need to purchase couple of hardware from hardware store for couple bucks to attach the headboard to the bed frame. Headboard attaches nicely to the frame but if you don't put right against to the wall, it will be a bit flimsy.

One of the big part arrived damaged (scrached), it was Saturday but I called up the manufacturer's customer service number and they processed a replacement shipment right away, without any problem. It was a bit of trouble to have to wait for another week or so for the part to arrive, but we were impressed with the smooth customer service.

Overall, I am happy with the headboard for the price I paid!

Very easy to put together. The main piece came with a crack in it but was able to disguise with the marker provided. Good starter furniture, it should hold up for a couple of years

My son outgrew the bedroom set we purchased for him when he was small. I purchased this headboardalong with the matching nightstand and dresser and he loves it. The set arrived one afternoon and he assembled all 3 pieces by himself before I got home from work. Parents: this purchase was a great motivator to get my teen to clean up his room! I am very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone that needs a low cost alternative to expensive show room designer furniture.
