The parts were shipped on time and in good condition. The finished dresser is fine for what I wanted a dresser for a second home. It is time consuming to assemble but the directions are okay. It took my husband and me several hours to complete it but it will probably take a lot less time if 1.)you read and FOLLOW directions, 2.) you are NOT a PERFECTIONIST, and 3.) you LISTEN to suggestions from your helper. It is helpful to have two people assemble it.

The dresser came undamaged and although there was a lot to assemble, it was not too hard just a little time consuming. It looks very nice and the height is great for my son; he does not lean or pull on the top drawers to see into them like he did with his much taller/narrower dresser. The only improvement that I would make would be to make the drawers a tiny bit deeper but overall it is just what I was looking for in a dresser.I've purchased several products manufactured by Sauder they have all been high quality products. This one is no different it has made an excellent finished product. I had ordered it originally from a different source, that one arrived badly damaged because of inadequate safeguards in packaging. The first supplier agreed to refund my money but required me to reorder the product instead of just shipping me a replacement. I decided to order it through Amazon and CyMax. When the dresser arrival it was well packaged to survive the trip. Thanks, CyMax for the extra steps you take to get a good product to your customers. In particular for protecting our new baby's dresser.
