I love the coat rack that I was eventually sent, but they flat out forgot to ship it. They weren't the easiest to get in touch with, but once i was able to they sent it out right away. I had to wait weeks for it to arrive because they just never processed the order... but now i love it.
The coat rack I ordered arrived before the maximum date, was in the condition described by the seller, and packaged nicely in a box. I couldn't be more satisfied.
