I was looking for an unusual towel hook. This was almost perfect. The quality was great, the style was exactly what I was looking for. Because it was medal, I painted the color I needed and now it's perfect. Great find!

This product looked beautiful online in plain white. I ordered four of them IN WHITE. I just received the package today and they are baby pink with green leaves. It looks cheap and tacky. I will now have to either go through the trouble of shipping them back then waiting for the correct order or I will have to paint them myself.Edit to reflect: Once the company realized they sent the wrong item, I was offered a shipping label to return the hooks which I declined bc I had already taken them for painting rather than go through waiting for the exchange. The company seemed eager to make good on their mistake which is decent of them and doesn't happen very often these days. I'm giving them a higher rating due to their willingness to fix their mistake.
As a side note, obviously I wasn't happy with receiving the wrong color and I never gave an actual review of the product. I DO like the product. It is being used to hold designer handbags which can often be on the large/heavy side and the hooks seem like they will be sturdy enough to handle hanging multiple bags on them. They're definitely unique and a refreshing change from the typical plain jane hooks I've seen. The pink and green was just a little too polished and generic for me but I love the product itself.
