I ordered these frames for some posters that I purchased. From the item picture I thought I was going to be receiving a wood frame. Instead I received a medium density fiberboard (MDF) frame with a wood grain printed sticker/laminate. Yes, all the distressed looking wood is merely a printed image. This was disappointing as I was expecting a wood frame. After receiving it I looked at the description again and noticed that in the fine print it says "Wood composite". Because the picture so clearly looks like real wood, it should be made more apparent in the product description that this is not wood and that "Wood composite" means MDF with a printed wood image on a sticker/laminate.If you don't care mind having a frame that is MDF with a wood printed sticker/laminate stuck to it, then the frame is fine.
But if you are looking for a real wood frame, look somewhere else.
