Cloud B Twilight BLUE Turtle, Toy Transforms Room To Starry Night Sky

Cloud B Twilight BLUE Turtle, Toy Transforms Room To Starry Night SkyMy daughter loved the pink ladybug and now my son will be enjoying the blue turtle. Blue color is hard to find. It just started showing up at Buy Buy Baby stores for $29.99. Use a 20% store coupon for better deal. Otherwise, the blue color is sold out on Cloud B website. If buying online, only trust item if it is shipped from Amazon warehouse and sold by Amazon. Unfortunately third party sellers are delivering "knock off" versions.

My 10 year old grandaughter wanted this turtle from the moment she saw it. Unfortunately, she wanted the one with the eyes closed as in the picture, but TWICE the one with the eyes opened was shipped. She was disappointed, but still really loves the turtle. It is cute and works just as advertised.

My boys need a little distraction to help them like bedtime a little more. These did the trick quite well. Batteries lasted quite a while in this toy too.

I purchased what was advertised as a Cloub B Twilight Blue Turtle expecting to get just that. I received a "knockoff" brand, which did not include the very items that led me to purchase this product over similar products offered by competitors. I was so excited to look at the 8 real constellations with the Star Guide with my daughter, but no Star Guide came with my product because it was not the Cloud B product that I thought I was purchasing. The storybook and the adoption certificate did not come with my turtle either. I did contact the seller about it and their reply was simply that their turtle did not come with those things and that it was not their fault that Amazon advertised their product that way. I have been purchasing products from Amazon for years and have never had such an experience where a specific product was advertised and then the seller delivers a cheaper copycat version. On top of this, the toy arrived in a bent, beat up, half open box. The exterior postal packaging was undamaged; it was the interior packaging of the toy that was damaged, the box the toy was in, so I do not suspect that it was a problem that occurred during the shipping process. I just received a cheap toy in a beat up box, not what Amazon promised me that I was buying.
