Bedford Queen Headboard

Overall not bad for the price, we bought this for one of our kids rooms. The materials were good...most solid wood with a little pressboard. But the finishing was not as good as I would have expected....the seams between sections of wood and the panels varied from being painted over to not being painted over leaving either a smooth solid surface or visible gaps between pieces. Thre first one we received had very visible finishing flaws, so we called the company and they immediately sent us a replacement headboard which was better (but still has some finishing issues). Company was easy to deal with and provided good customer service.

Over all, a good value for the money. Shipping was quick and the product was well protected with packaging. HOWEVER, you'd best be good with a drill because the holes for attaching this to a bed frame did NOT match up with the brand new queen sized bed frame I bought. The assembly was quick and easy until we discovered this problem. Very annoying and hard to understand how the manufacturor could make such a simple mistake that results in such a headache during setup. Would have given it four stars except for this.

This headboard is nice looking if you don't look at it too closely. Lacking some quality control, but ok for the price. Pretty solid piece and simple in design which is what I was looking for. Quick shipping and not difficult to put together.
