Sesame Street Plastic Toddler Bed

I honestly didn't think that I was going to like this bed when I first opened the box. But, once I put it together it was okay. After I put the mattress on, it was way better. My son jumped right into his new bed when I put it into his room. It is sturdy and very reliable. I highly recommend this product.

I bought 2 beds for my 2&3 y.o sons. I am truly satisfied with the beds, more than I thought I would be, in fact! I had a problem with one screw & lugnut, it wasnt properly fitting together && its still not fitting but I definetly would not say thats a reason not to purchase the bed. Its something that can be fixed, with a little extra unanticipated work (from my fiance), but its worth it. They came in their very own sesame street box (which was cute), && it was extremely easy to put together! I would highly recommend this bed, its worth the purchase! :))

The bed shipped the next day with prime and was extremely easy to put together. I think it took all of ten minutes. I really liked the fact that Elmo is actually a sticker and not made into the bed. You could, if you wanted to just leave off the stickers. I wished I would of known that ahead of time. I ordered an Elmo firetruck bedding set to go with the bed to tie it together and I would have ordered something else, if I would of known it could have just been a red, blue and yellow bed... with saying that the Elmo stickers are actually really cute and I like them a lot more than I thought I would. My son's wooden bed broke into tiny, tiny pieces and I needed a quick fix. I looked around diffrent sites and at lots of beds. My wallet is happy with this choice and with the quality of construction. Although we're not huge Elmo fans in our house, my 2 year seems to really like it and the firetruck bedding. So it's a win win.

I bought this a few months ago for my then 20 month old daughter. I wasn't sure if she was ready yet, but she was so excited when my husband was putting together her new Elmo bed; she couldn't wait to try it out! We were nervous at first because not being in her crib anymore gave her the freedom for the first time to roam around her bedroom unsupervised. I suggest making sure that the child's bedroom is carefully inspected for any hazards (such as blind cords hanging down or electrical outlets exposed) before putting him or her in a toddler bed. If they can open their door, then toddler-proof the hallway and stairs too so then don't get into trouble or hurt while you are sleeping!

My daughter has adapted really well to being in a toddler bed and now jumps in herself when we go into her room and she is ready for a nap or for bed. It takes her a while to get to sleep sometimes so now she is able to read books or play with toys for a little while without being frustrated like she was in the crib. If she gets up before my husband and myself in the morning, she'll usually play by herself now giving us a little bit more time to sleep :-)

Even though this bed is made out of plastic, it is very durable and the plastic is thick and sturdy. It was also very easy for my husband to put together (the instructions were very clear). My daughter absolutely loves Elmo which I think is what motivated her to switch to her toddler bed so easily. This bed is a great value and is safe since it doesn't have any sharp edges like some wooden toddler beds I've seen. I've recommended it to all of my friends with toddlers.

got this for my 19 mo old about a month ago and it has been great...i put it together myself and it took me about an hour...no issues with the assembly at all.. It is sturdy, the frame is metal, my son is big for his age at 32 lbs and I feel safe letting him sleep in it...my son loves it and has slept in it every night since we got it!
