The footboard has a large chip in it The head boards finish is missing some of the cherry finish I spent over $400.00 on this and expected a better product. Someone elses review stated theirs had a chip too. oh yeah delivery was LATE I will not use this seller again even if I could return it. Its too big for me to pack and ship.

I just received the sleigh bed and absolutely love it !! I am extremely happy with the delivery time and the product. This is a gorgeous bed, it is true to color of the cherry wood and makes you feel like you are in a five star resort hotel. This is a must have for anyone that has been wanting a sleigh bed. I bought this bed back in march, and I haven't been to assemble it since then. I Definitely wouldn't advise anyone else to buy it, seeing as the company hasn't replied back to me.

First of all, we received the Bed on time of the order, everything seemed fine. But then we saw that the bed was missing half the screws,pegs, washers,etc required to assemble half the bed. Ok, so I posted a review and contacted the company. A company representative contacted me right away a couple of days later and agreed to send me the missing hardware. I cleared up the bad review and was happy at first.

Then the greatest of all problems with this product became apparent. The footboard and headboard attach by two wooden planks(the bed rail), these bed rails slide in and lock, but require a bracket to be screwed in to connect the headboard/footboard to the bed rail for a total of 4 brackets.... Well ok cool, but there's no screw holes on either the bed rail or the headboard/footboard, while the instructions say there is. Ok, so just get a power drill right? Well I don't have one, nor did the company say I needed one. To make matters worse... You need to attach the 4 bed slats along the middle of the bed, that screw on to each side of the bed rails. The bed rails don't have any holes to screw them in. Not to mention the bed slat is PLYWOOD. How is a cushion + two minimum 150 pound people going to not crush these boards.

To make matters even worse, the wood is termite damaged, no joke, the bed rail, where you secure it to the headboard and attach a bed slat to support your cushion is termite ridden.

All I want is for this bed to be returned by the company and my money back , that's it. I just want to sleep on a bed, and I haven't been able to because of this severely damaged product. I hope this has been helpful to anyone looking to buy this.
