The color was a wee bit darker then in the photograph, but not enough for it to make a difference in our opinion. It was verrrrry easy to assemble about 15 minutes and sturdy and as pretty an accent as you'd ever want to see. Packed substantially, perfect condition, arrived in great time. We are very happy and would buy again if the occasion arose certainly would recommend it!
