We had a hard time from the start and now after going to so much trouble to get our order we get 2 chairs which are like rocking chairs we tried to put them together different ways it no use. we want to get two new chairs for the messed up ones we got and we should not have to pay for postage on damaged items being returned!!!!! we need to be called NOW

Is a medium sized dining set.it arrived no damage. The table is big and heavy.i think i like that.this set for the price is great.some similar sets are doble of price....i would recommend this product

Our first shipment was a repacked, I think, and had a huge gaping hole in the large box. We refused shipment and UPS tracking showed the product returning to the closest depot. However, the vendor did not send out a replacement immediately. I guess they had some paperwork to do with UPS but as a customer I should not have to wait. Anyway two weeks later, a new shipment left and we received the second one in good order but vendor was responsive to my constant emails requesting updates. Installation requires 2 people. Chairs came in pieces and installation is not a simple as you have to test to make sure all four legs touch the floor together and are stable before securing the screws. The chair cushion was stiff and not comfortable. Feels cheap. The table required installation from the base to the table top. Follow the instructions carefully or risk redoing. Once completed though, the set looks nice until you sit on the chair. Table is solid and heavy.

I love the set. However, it took me and my husband all day to but this together. some of the screws would not go into the chairs and it got really frustrating. Worth the end result though.

This table and chair combination is great once you get it together. My only issue is that the sides of the table, with the ridges, aren't marked which way is up and which way is down, although if you put it together, you'll soon find out there is a very distinctive difference.
