I didn't want to buy an expensive end table due to my small grandchildren moving in with us. I bought the coffee table that matches the end table as well. The end table stayed in perfect condition. However the coffee table's glass top is consistently cloudy on the underside of the glass no matter what I do. It does chip easily but to be fair part of that problem could be caused by heavy usage as well as not being top quality. They are pretty tables, however I would not recommend the coffee table. I can live with it since it was a reasonable price and if the kids play near it , I'm not a fanatic like I would be with an expensive piece. I give the end table 5 stars, but I would give the coffee table 2 stars.

Connecting legs to base was difficult. Holes didn't match up. Got it together and it looks okay as long as you don't inspect to close.
