The quality of the furnishing is superb. Very basic yet sophisticated. What I liked most about this set is that it was easy installation of the bedroom set. I didn't require assistance in putting together. I recommend this product and buyer for all. -----BUT this is only one problem with the bed frame set. There are only three ridiculously thin plywood as box spring and mattress support they easily break after using it for so long. If you're into hardcore nightly extracurricular activities *wink* then I suggest investing in a metal bed frame for this set.I bought the "1 of Slumber 1 Smart Base Steel Bed Frame Foundation~Queen" by Sleep Revolution to fix my problem--this is also featured in Amazon's website.
Originally I gave this set 5 stars and I had to lower my rating. There are a few things about this set I wish I would have known before purchasing.
The furniture is still beautiful and we still like it but the wood "panels" in the headboard are VERY thin wood sheets, so thin you cant lean against them to read a book without fear of breaking them.
Furthermore, the knobs are not made of metal but of a hard plastic resin material. The knobs are easily broken off. I was recently putting away laundry when I accidentally knocked one of our knobs with the plastic hamper and the knob snapped completely in half!! I will be contacting the seller to see about receiving a replacement but I have a feeling I'll have to just go to Lowes or something and replace all the knobs with real metal ones. I'm pretty disappointed....

Quality The wood is thick, and just beautiful. It doesnt scratch easily and is equal to the kind of furniture you'd see in a furniture store.
The shipping Yes it is expensive, but its delivered by a furniture delivery company. They called and set up an appointment with me and two men came to my home to deliver it. They carried all 6 boxes into my home and even offered to carry them upstairs for me.
This is a great price for an entire bedroom set. I would be shocked if you could find something with equal quality in a furniture store for less money.
I purchased my set with a 12" foam mattress and 8" mattress base. The bed is WAY too high (about 6" higher than our old standard mattress/frame) so if you're considering a foam mattress consider buying a shorter base or mattress.
