BedVoyage Bed Sheets

This is my first set of bamboo sheets and I have not put any other fabric on my bed since I have slept with these... instead I wash them and then put them right back on the bed! There is no going back after experiencing these... I shudder at the thought of any other fabric wrapping me up at night. I have been spoiled by these sheets, there is just nothing else like them!

I got the sage sheets. The color is very nice, just like in the picture. They are SOFT. I can't even describe it.. it's not like silk, not like fleece, not like velvet, not like cotton. It's just soft and smooth and I love it! Seriously never going back to other fabric sheets after these.

The reason I bought a pair of bamboo sheets is because I read they were good for sweaty sleepers. I have Lyme Disease and can get the WORST night sweats and have to change the sheets in the middle of the night, no joke. If I use my (light weight!) feather comforter, I can guarantee I will wake up sweating in the middle of the night. With the bamboo sheets, I was able to go the whole night under the feather comforter without even sweating! And when I did sweat and get the sheets damp, they weren't nearly as awful as normal sheets. I left the room for a minute or so to use the bathroom and get a drink of water, and when I came back, the sheets were nearly dry. It's amazing to not have to change your sheets every night in the middle of the night!

These sheets are so soft to the touch...unbelievable. I am a fan of bamboo because I like the antibacterial qualities. After ordering bamboo towels and being shocked by how soft they were, I decided to try sheets. I AM A HUGE FAN.

They feel very soft and lightweight to the touch. So far, I can't complain. Great price on Amazon. I bought the sage set and the color is exactly as it appears online.

**Sometimes these sheets appear to be 169 and other times 94 (for king size). I bought them for $94...so if you are about to pay almost 170, mess around with this a little bit. It must be different sellers. I also had prime shipping...the 169 price didn't offer that.

These sheets are by far the most luscious, lovely sheets I've ever slept on. I had been a fan of the sateens when they hit the market years ago but always went back to the nice high end percales, loved the crisp sheets the percale offered. However, my friend convinced me to try these so I did. These are truly amazing, super soft and silky. Just a pleasure to crawl into and very hard to leave the bed every morning. So far they haven't pilled (I've had them for a few months) and I have had no problems with wrinkling. I challenge anyone who is on the fence to get off the fence and purchase a set. You will not be disappointed!

I tried giving the sheets one more wash but no change. These sheets deserve the 1 star.

However, UnbeatableSale has been great to work with and I would have no problem ordering from them again. Even though they don't do returns on items such as this they still sent me a pre-paid UPS shipping label and are giving me a full refund. If you are thinking about purchasing these sheets I highly recommend that you watch my short video demonstrating just how poorly they handle simple body oils after 1, yes 1 night of sleep.

Yes, the sheets are soft and smooth feeling, very nice actually but what good does that all mean when they will look disgusting from simple body oils.

I just sent an email via amazon contact to the seller, UnbeatableSale to see how they can help me by either sending an exchange as this may be a fluke or a refund if this is what I can expect for the quality of these sheets.

I ordered the platinum version so at nearly $140 I was hoping for something better than the $30 sets I can get at the local Target when it comes to basic wear.

I will update this review if a solution is found and for how UnbeatableSale handles this.

*****Update 1***** UnbeatableSale contacted me back after they contacted the warehouse that shipped me the sheets;

"At this time, they have advised us that Oxy Clean works very well on stains and is safe on bamboo products. If you use their spray version, you can focus on a specific area. These sheets are used by spas for massage tables and they have no problems getting the oil stains out with Oxy Clean Spray."

*****Update 2*****

I tried the spray that was recommended and it actually ruined the sheets. I now have little white dots everywhere on both my pillow case and the main sheet now so in essence it looks like bodily fluids all over, it's disgusting and I'm extremely upset and disappointed. I have replied to UnbeatableSale and told them the results and so I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the sheets. While they are very smooth to the touch and the bottom sheet is oversized to fit deep mattresses, the material is very thin. That in and of itself would not be enough to warrant such a low rating, but within 2 days of using the sheets, the top sheet has rip from its hem. I am returning for a refund because replacements are out of stock. If I get a replacement eventually and find the quality is better, I will write another review.
