These were shipped promptly. One box arrived damaged (probably the fault of the shipper), and the company quickly responded and offered to ship replacement parts. Assembly was easy except the bolts are very hard to screw in (ends up nice and tight/solid, then).The main reason I'm writing a review (I never have before, and I've bought a lot on Amazon) is that these stools have four decorative rectangles stained in on the top, presumably to mimic what it would look like if the four posts had come up through the seat. They look odd, and are not centered. I would have given these a 5 otherwise.
Overall, great buy for the money, solid product, good shipping/service.
