The product arrived with the package broken open with a large gash about a foot long on one corner. No parts were missing as it turned out. I called the seller and received a quick response as to how to proceed. In the end there was damage to the lower corner on a side panel which did not seem to be a big concern for my wife, so we did not ask for a replacement. The chest was easy to assemble once we got the hang of it. It turned out to be a very good looking and functional piece of furniture. We are glad we bought it since it is very cost effective to buy a knock-down vs a fully assembled chest. The instructions are quite good, but you will probably need a few hours to put it all together correctly.
