Twin Over Twin Cherry Bunk Bed by Coaster Furniture

We bought these bunk beds for our girls ages 8 and 4. My husband was not impressed with how the beds came together upon first putting them up. Once put up, he realized they could not be taken down again without destroying the beds. The clearance between the bottom bunk and upper bunk is not high enough either.

The bunks were up for two weeks. My husband who weighs 215 1bs was changing the sheets on the top bunk and it came crashing down! The bolts ripped right out of the wood! We were so thankful that no one was lying on the bottom bunk. Just the night before my husband had been lying with my 4 year old on the top bunk to help her settle down before bed, while our 8-year-old was on the bottom. It could have been VERY serious. We are so disappointed, and can't believe what happened. We are asking Coaster for a full refund, and do not plan on buying from them again-not worth the risk.

I initially had issues with the company however a piece broke on the bunk bed and man in less than 2 mins I was promised the piece to ship in 10 days I am so happy for the improvement in customer service way to go Coaster!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY HAPPY CAMPER...
