I purchased this chair in June to use as my primary desk chair. It arrived in a very timely fashion, but there were some issues putting it together. I ended up having to re-attach the seat to the frame using L-brackets and screws, and the included screws didn't seem long enough. Otherwise, the chair has been fine up until recently, when I noticed a slight movement when leaning back against the chair (the top of the chair back moves backwards, and as a result, the legs of the chair move forward, and the chair moves). It appears that the chair back slightly separates from the seat. It's a bit disconcerting, but not a major problem; the chair is still structurally sound. I can push back against it relatively hard without issue, there are no distressing noises made by the chair, and it's not wobbly at all. I am contemplating simply gluing the whole chair together in addition to the screws, although I could probably simply keep using it without much of an issue.

This chair is nice, and it's comfortable; I spend about 5 7 (or more!) hours a day using it, so it has received a good deal of use. Be careful with wooden floors; it has "protective pads" on the bottom of the chair legs, but they're pretty much useless seeing as the polyurethaned floor now has scratches from where the chair has been pushed in and pulled out. Besides this "separation" issue, I really do like this chair; the wood is a lovely deep red mahogany and the cushioning is just right.

This matched our new computer desk perfectly, and although the packaging was shoddy it survived shipment. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. Overall a good deal.

This chair is an example of getting not quite as much as you paid for something. The wood is pock marked and unevenly colored. The two front legs are not even so the chair wobbles slightly. I was able to improve this by switching which side of the chair the legs were attached to but it still wobbles when you sit in it. Also makes an awful squeaking sound when you sit in the chair. I am not a large person so I would think the chair would not be strained under my weight (165 lbs) but it feels very unstable. I have tightened all of the bolts and it still does not feel stable. Fortunately, this chair is only being used in a guest bedroom and will not get used often.
