I was looking forward to purchasing this bed for my five year old daughter. However I never received the bed, at first it was a problem with Fedex. Now I am trying to contact the seller and I keep getting a recorded message! But today I did here from a representative and they were very helpful Ultimately the issue is with fedex as they are very rigid with there delivery options the time is the issue. The company is going to waive the shipping fees and credit my account! Good Job.
