I got the chair so that I could have a comfy chair in my bedroom to play video games and watch some tv. The chair is average comfort and the beans adjust frequently causing you to fluff it after every use. I am 6'4, and a college student, so if you get it for your kids this would be a great bean bag alternative. The material is very durable, not the comfiest. It comes with a mini compartment and a bottled drink holder sewn in the side.. Useless since your 6inches higher than the floor in this.

So if your on a budget like me, and don't have enough room for a nice recliner, then this is probably your best option. I guarantee you won't fall asleep in it though lol. If your tall it's a lot less comfyier.

**Bottom seam problem as stated on other reviews happened to mine.. The stitching came apart and now all this thing does is release beans all over the place. Not a recommended purchase.

We ordered a few of these for our youth room for our high school youth, and they LOVE them! It's sometimes hard to find something that isn't made just for children. But this chair works for almost any age, is made of a great, washable material, and is comfortable too! Great purchase for the price!

This chair arrived hella fast compared to the estimated time i got when buying it. Just got it and im a 130 pound 5'6 college student and i was worried it wouldn't seat me but i fit perfectly, wish it could be a bit taller though but it's great. I'll probably write a new review after about 3-4 months of use at my college house but otherwise it looks great, feels great, and arrived great. thanks ^^

I've had this chair since September 2011 and so far it's doing fine.

Only issue is...at one point a few threads were sticking out *so i had to cut them off*

also, if u stay in one place for a while the place is imprinted for a while...i had to sort of

jump on it to make the whole seating area even again (i hope u guys get wot i'm tryna say lol)

I got this chair way back when and now that I see the price is much higher i'd recommend searching for it

somewhere else...cause that price is WAY too high for it's worth,

even though I like it...I wouldn't pay more than 30 bucks for it!

***UPDATE 5-8-2013***

The chair needs to be given a funeral now. It's completely flattened and looks like a weird blob (even the whole chair look it used to have won't come back). It's most likely in need of massive bean replacement, but I have no clue if I'd find some worth the price.

My conclusion: If you want a beanbag chair to last more than a year or two...well...buy "bean" replacements for this one and that too, I don't know if it'll workout since I don't wanna waste my money on possibilities.

Like in my last update: Don't pay more than 30 bucks for it!

I read plenty of reviews about this product being stinky, but I got it anyway. I bought it from Walmart because I thought maybe buying from a different seller would give it a different smell. Nope! I think the smell is in both the beans and the fabric. It smells like nasty plastic chemicals. It gives me a strong headache and it instantly smells up any room you put it in. People with low smell sensitivity should still beware. These kinds of smells mean bad chemicals that are bad for all of us, especially little kids. It's a shame because it was exactly what I was looking for otherwise and I can't find anything else like it on the market.
