1. Ordered from a vendor other than Amazon
2. Ordered this couch, but received a completely different couch (probably because of #1)
3. Ordered the wrong color (nobody's fault but your own, since you can choose the color before you buy)
4. Improper care / misuse of cushions
I just don't understand. For most people, buying a $680 couch is a significant purchase. Why on earth would you shoot yourself in the foot by not making absolute certain that you're getting what you pay for, and taking care of what you pay for? As others have mentioned, Amazon will back you up 100% on your purchase. If you didn't receive the correct sofa or color, contact Amazon and they'll cover you in a flash. If you do nothing about it but come on here and post a bad review, you're not only hurting yourself, but other people looking to buy a new sectional as well. There is a very specific warning about pets on the cushions, as well as information on how to properly care for the cushions. There is also a warranty for the cushions in case they "warp" or "sag". Some people have said that the cushions begin to misshape within a few months, which is well within the cushions' warranty. It's your own fault if you do nothing about it.
Off of the soap box and onto the review. Everything about this sectional is fantastic except for one thing: the directions. First of all, the directions coordinate each piece of the sofa with letters (A, B, C, D, etc.), BUT there are no letters anywhere on the pieces, or even the wrapping paper they come in, to identify them. So looking at the letters in the directions does you no good, which means all you have to go by are the pictures. My wife and I put it together successfully by just looking at the pictures, and trial & error.
I haven't seen this mentioned, so I'll mention it in case anyone is wondering. Before assembling the sectional, you can choose which side is the longer end. In the picture, it shows the longer side on the right and the shorter side on he left. The directions tell you how to assemble it the other way, if you want. Be aware, however, that they aren't easily "flip flop-able". If you assemble the sofa then later decide you want to switch the sections, you'll need to disassemble some screws and parts of the sofa to do it correctly. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you already have a set plan for this couch before you buy it. Take a look at the dimensions and the pictures. It's a BIG sectional, and will easily take up most of the wall space in a smaller room.
This sectional is both decorative and practical. It can seat quite a few people (5+) and, in my opinion, is quite comfortable, though other people who have reviewed this sofa disagree. Every visitor I've had since we put this sofa together has complimented me on it. It really does look amazing (TIP: put this in the CORNER of your room). The couch arrived in 3 LARGE cardboard boxes and required some fairly easy assembly. The construction of the furniture is rather cheap and mine came somewhat dinged up, but nothing visible once it was assembled. For the price, it was a good purchase and it will serve its purpose. Not the most comfortable thing in the world but once broken in im hoping it will feel a little better.
Again, it looks decent, and isnt too hard to assemble, decent piece of furniture for a man cave/kids room/bonus room it is fairly cheap quality but you get what you pay for.
I wouldn't recommend this for a living room or somewhere you want quality furniture but if you just need functional cheap pieces than this is a good purchase!

Let me first say that the product I received was not the product pictured on Amazon.com I purchased. I purchased this sectional for a bit under $600.. great price you would think... think again! When I got the sectional in, the box looks fine, nothing major to be concern about. When I open the box and unpack everything, I notice that some of the backing under the faux leather was broken and when I took a closer look at it, it turns out all the backings on the sectional were made from CARDBOARD!!! A very thin on, not even the hard type you see at a retail grocery store that is used on end caps. Two of the back sections were broken, looks like someone punch through it but you can't see it from the outside because it's covered by the faux leather. Bolts don't all lined up the where it's supposed to and there was no instruction on how to put it together. They did provide 2 copies of the same thing, a diagram of all the part and how it looks put together. Amazon did have a video of how to assemble the sectional but again, the one I received was not what was on the video. The base was the same but the back assembly was not. The sides were not the same and even the cushion was not the same.
You are supposed to be able to assemble the sectional in two ways, an L shape to the right or an L shape to the left but the one I got can only be assembled with a L shape to the left basically because 2 of the backing and one of the cushion was not the same as the one on Amazon where I purchased it from.
Even after I managed to put everything together, it was clear that the backing for this sectional was not sturdy and will not stand up to daily abuse. When you sat down, the back would move a bit and give way and I would have to be careful not to put too much weight on it. I'm not a big guy, weight 160Lbs so if you are a big guy, don't even think about laying back on this sectional. If you plan to put this sectional against the wall, you would be ok because the walls would give you extra support.

After I struggled with the delivery company and the very nice delivery men who carried three boxes up to my 3rd floor apartment for no extra charge I was displeased with how the couch had been packaged. The sectional back cushions and the two additional pillows had been shoved into the undersides of the couch base. Some of the cushions seem fine but some had been bent and pushed in and even after two months they haven't quite been pushed back into place.
Personal mistake: I didn't pay enough attention to the picture and purchased the lighter color nor do I have room for a coffee table
Manufacture mistake: The cushions that you sit on are a bit small for the couch base so I'm contastly falling into the crack of the cushions.
The point: you get what you pay for
