For such an inexpensive price, I really like this shelf unit. It is not solid wood, of course, but you cannot expect that for its price. I am using it for photos in my living room.

This piece looks really good when put together. Its sturdy and a nice shade of deep brown. However, there are cons. Its not hard to put together, just annoying. There are ten pieces and a huge handful of screws. My biggest issue was with the screw covers. it comes with covers for the screw holes so you can fancy it up after you finish. There were not enough covers for every hole and they didnt stay by themselves I had to hot glue each one in. I still have about half the holes uncovered, hopefully they are all blocked by the wall. The information says the shelves are 17" but, the shleving system is tapered and gets smaller as you go up. The top ones are maybe 10". Sorry didn't measure. Even with the taper, each shelf holds a lot. I have 4-6 figurines on a shelf. Also the unit had a small chip in the front. The piece was still there so I glued it back on. It fits nice and snug into the corner and served the purpose very well.Save 36% Off
