The frame is pretty good and the product was easy enough to assemble although a better explanation could be given regarding the drawer system and how they are not really attached to the bed at all. The mattress support system is atrocious particularly for the lower Full mattress. The wood for the slats is very cheap and will not support any weight. I had to go out and order slats from another more reputable furniture manufacturer. So if you get this bed, be prepared to order replacement slats or "bunky boards" They are easy enough to find on-line but can be a little expensive. For $500 it's an ok deal but it would be a better bargain for $350-400. Otherwise you are better off spending the $700-$1000 for a better made twin-over-full bunk bed system.
