Coaster 2 Drawer Nightstand in Mahogany Finish

I've been shopping for a nightstand for my bedroom for several months. I chose this one not only because it had the features that I want, the reviews were good as well. Although there weren't but a few, the reviews that were posted were all very positive (4 & 5 stars). This nightstand arrived on time and assembled (YAY) but unfortunately the top drawer rail (the part that makes the drawer slide back and forth) was not connected properly to the back so it was just not usable. I DID NOT want to go to the trouble of sending it back, etc. I knew all that would be needed was for the part to be screwed back on to the piece of wood at the back of the nightstand. I am a 54 year old single grandma but I'm pretty handy. I called the company and they said if I could fix it, they would refund me 10% of the purchase price. Well, it took me a little longer than I thought it would because of working in and enclosed, confined space in the back of that nightstand but I got it fixed. (it just needed a larger size screw than what was in it) I called the company and told them how long it took me and that I was sure that, had I called a handyman, the service call alone would be at least $35. The young lady asked me if I could hold the line. She was back in less than two minutes to tell me that she had gained permission to refund me $35.00!! These people really went above and beyond. All in all, I had about 3 or 4 conversations with the company and each one was a pleasant experience. I will be ordering from VisionDecor again. What a breath of fresh air to find such great customer service these days. By the way, the nightstand is beautiful and the quality is very good. It's just what I expected for the price. So 5 stars because even though there was a problem, the outcome was great. Any company will run into problems once in a while. It's how they handle them that makes the difference.

Not expensive, well-made and comfortable nightstand. Ideal for a bed from the same seria. Big volume drawers. Whole set (including the bed) looks like expensive.

I was very apprehensive to order furniture off the internet, but I put my faith in other reviews and took a chance on these nightstands. I was not looking to spend a lot of money on my bedroom, but wanted something at least "decent". These nightstands arrived in just a few days and I was a little nervous to take them out of their secure shipping packaging, not knowing what to expect.
