Westfield Bed w/ Roll-Out Trundle and Suspension Deck - Twin Off White

This bed looks really nice, but it is not all that well made. The headboard and footboard are quite thin. The trundle is not actually connected to the bed, it is simply a really cheap frame on wheels that you can roll under the bed. Note that if you do put a mattress on the trundle frame, it needs to be pretty thin or it's not going to fit underneath. Likewise, you can only put a single mattress on the bed if you have it raised to the height to fit the trundle underneath. Unfortunately we had bought both a box spring and a mattress for the top, and so have to have the bed lowered to its lowest setting. We can fit the trundle frame under still, but certainly not the extra mattress. When an adult sits on the bed, the headboard and footboard lean in, because at the lowest setting they are only bolted at the very bottom. Cheaply made, we wish we had ordered something else, but it was just too much to return the bed and all the mattresses, so we're dealing with it. The only plus is that it looks reasonably nice.

This product is exactly what it says. The only thing is that the slats on which the mattress sits have wide spaces between and my daughter still uses a bed rail. The rail doesn't sit properly on them, but that won't be a problem for long.
