The product looks fine upon opening, but it would be nice to have received some type of installation instructions that explain why the pull cord is about three times the length of the extended blind. They only included a wordless three stage illustration that seems to raise more questions than it answers. I gave it a 3 star instead of 1 star in the optimistic hope that my handyman can figure it out and it will work once installed. But I would much rather have preferred to have some simple instruction so I could do it myself.
This product is advertised as 48 inches. I needed exactly 48 inches and bought it. When it gets here it is 47 1/4 inches. Why couldn't this product be advertised as that? The bamboo is terrible and it is too short. I can't use it. This company obviously does not know how much grief this has caused me. They have taken my money and delivered a substandard product that was advertised incorrectly. I would not recommend this company at all.
