The wood on this mirror is darker than I would have liked, but true to the description.I wanted something with clean, simple lines, not in white or black, and not ornate. This fit the bill. It arrived safe and sound, well-packed in cardboard and styrofoam sheets. The image seems accurate, and relatively free of distortion. If I break it, I will likely buy the same one again.
