I actually think this bed is over-priced for the amount of time it takes to put together and quality. Shipping was a disaster as it took over a month to recieve the entire shipment. This comes in three separate packages. One of the packages was 'lost' (I think it was never sent) so they re-shipped the entire thing. It took them two to three weeks to finally ship everything. This was after the initial partial delivery so it took close to a month to receive.

The directions for putting the bed together are almost useless. The holes on the frame didn't match up for each metal slat so it required some grunt work. The overall quality is what you would expect for the price though.

The bed itself is VERY low to the ground. Fortunately, I was prepared for this after reading the other reviews. This is for my tween son so it's okay for him but I don't think it would work for an adult.

Had I paid more money, I would have rated it lower.

This twin is very sturdy and good quality. I would have given 5 stars except the assembly of the cross support frames was kind of a pain in the you know what. Some of the holes would not line up well without some extra work. All the bolt heads are allen wrench type which i despise, but it seems that more and more furniture is coming with that type of hardware. The wrenches were included.

For the seller, Michelle Outlet, they were very quick and responsive to questions I had, they get max stars, highly recommend.

I liked the look of it online, looked easy to put together.

The packaging of the long rails was poorly designed. It was opened at one end, causing a bit of rust & a dent at the end where it needed to be connected.

The seller was ok with a replacement part, but I didn't have the time to wait.

It's a nice bed frame if there isn't a box spring involved. If you don't have one, well, the rails might be an issue.

Having a box spring takes away from the head board & foot board.

I am raising my reveiw from poor to OK for the seller.

Other than that, glad I got it on sale for $85.00.
