Coaster Recliner with Ottoman Reclining Glider in Chocolate Chenile

It is exactly what I wanted. Came exactly when they said it would & was fairly easy to put together. Not too many parts.

Extremely difficult to assemble because the arm cushion holes did not line up making it extremely difficult to align mounting screws. Notified the company regarding problem with no response. After 1 1/2 hours of fighting with arm cushion, and no response or acknowledgment from Manufacturer, we finally got the arm on. Soon after we finally assembled the chair, it started to squeak. Trying dry graphite, white lithium grease, and basic WD40 to stop squeak, we discovered that the ball bearings on the glider had fallen out, which is what caused the squeak.

We are totally disatisfied with our purchase, and have taken the glider out of our living room, and now sits in the garage.

There are no words to express our disatifaction with this purchase, and will never purchase from this company again. Also, we will warn anyone who plans on dealing with this company to rethink and purchase elsewhere.

I have always recieved great service from Amazon, and although this is through an outside company, I firmly advise Amazon to not deal with Coaster Home Furnishings again, for the sake of your good customer relations.

I had to rate this item with one star simply because there wasn't a negative rating to choose from.
