Clifton Nouveau Iron Bed

The bed was poorly packaged (the poor driver was embarassed to leave it for me) and as a result there were a few small areas where the powder coating had been chipped and worn. I didn't care too much because I planned to paint it another color. It is a very sturdy bed, works well with just our memory foam mattress (no box spring) and for the $188 we got it for, would do it again. I get countless complements from our friend on it too, all amazed we spent so little for a bed.

Beautiful and well built. Ive been looking forever for something like this in king size and finally found it here on amazon. The sellers were fantastic as one of the boxes was ripped so I wasnt sure if I lost parts. I was moving and the bed would not be put together for well over a month. They guaranteed to send me missing parts for free if needed. Love this bed!!!

This bed is beautiful! Much nicer than the ones I saw at the mattress stores. I only wish they had other colors, but after a couple coats of espresso brown Rustoleumit is perfect for our bedroom! I have a box spring, so the headboard gets a little lost, but a box spring isn't needed. The bed took me around a half hour to put together. We've been sleeping on it for over a week, & it seems nice & sturdy. Haven't noticed any squeaking either, which I was worried about with a metal bed.

Love it, it was a gift, we painted it black (to match our shelves) and it is a sturdy platform bed, no box spring needed. The only thing better would be if they had it in black but they only have it in white, paint fixed that. The picture does not do it justice, it is a beautiful piece of workmanship and we have compliments every time someone sees it.
